San Francisco author Bucky Sinister, Los Angeles writer Iris Berry and San Diego's own Jimmy Jazz present an evening of sardonic poems and stories plus special guests The Official 2002 San Diego Slam Team. The 2002 slam team is preparing to represent San Diego at the National Poetry Slam in Minneapolis where they will compete against 56 teams from around the country. They will be selling copies of their new book: Get Rich Slow Scheme Bucky Sinister is the author of King of the Roadkills from Manic D Press. Iris Berry is the author of Life on the Edge in Stilettos, Two Blocks East of Vine and was a member of the The Ringling Sisters. Jimmy Jazz is editor of The Pirate Enclave, author of Shaking a Stick in a Cave and a member of the 2002 slam team.
